Pictures continue to come in from one of America’s greatest natural disasters and many are asking what went wrong? Scientist have feared for years that “the big one” could come near New Orleans. As recent as just one year ago FEMA practiced for such an event. Did their plan work? You decide. This was a news release from FEMA that was posted on their website from a year ago and still resides there today. It was a “Dooms Day” drill for an imaginary category 3 Hurricane Pam.
