Artificial microwave voice to skull transmission was successfully demonstrated by researcher Dr. Joseph Sharp in 1973, announced at a seminar from the University of Utah in 1974, and in the journal “American Psychologist” in the March, 1975 issue, article title “Microwaves and Behavior” by Dr. Don Justesen.

Since that time, thousands of people have received voice to skull transmissions but display no signs of mental illness. A few medical professionals have privately confided to their patients that they know about electronic harassment by groups who also engage in non- electronic organized stalking, but by and large, medical professionals maintain an official position that simply claiming electronic harassment and group stalking prove a target of this activity is mentally ill.
